This Privacy Policy explains how Growhaus ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use theEcho CRM Agent mobile application (the "App").

2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign in to the App, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. Authentication is handled bySupabase, our secure authentication and database provider.
CRM Data
The App connects to your organization's CRM (Brevo) to display and manage contacts, companies, deals, and tasks. Thismay include names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, company information, and notes that your organizationalready stores in its CRM. This data is processed on behalf of, and remains owned by, your organization.
Voice Recordings
If you use the voice input feature, the App records audio from your device's microphone so you can give spokencommands to the AI assistant. Recordings are processed to carry out your request and are not stored permanently by theApp beyond what is needed to complete that request.
Photos and Camera
If you use the business card scanning feature, the App accesses your camera or photo library to capture or select animage of a business card. The image is analyzed to extract contact details (such as name, company, phone number, and email), which you can then review before saving to your CRM.
Conversations with the AI Assistant
Messages you send to the in-app AI assistant, including any CRM details referenced in those messages, are sent to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude AI model) in order to generate a response.
Locally Stored Preferences
The App stores certain settings and preferences (such as your customized form layouts) locally on your device.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your session
- Display, create, and update CRM records on your behalf
- Provide voice-based interaction with the AI assistant
- Extract contact details from scanned business cards
- Generate AI assistant responses to your requests
- Remember your app preferences and settings
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following third-party services, each of which processes data as described above under their ownprivacy policies:
- Supabase – authentication and account data storage
- Brevo – CRM data (contacts, companies, deals, tasks)
- Anthropic (Claude) – processes chat messages and voice transcriptions to power the AI assistant
These providers may process and store data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are relied upon to protect your data.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and CRM data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's functionality. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 1.
6. Your Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure credential storage onyour device, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
