Create an immersive, high-impact brand presence at MJBIZCON 2025 in Las Vegas , the cannabis industry's largest annual trade show, to drive qualified product demos, generate a strong pipeline of leads, and position Sweed as the premier POS solution for multi-location dispensary operators and investors.
The solution
Developed a comprehensive go-to-market activation strategy spanning digital and physical channels. The campaign opened with a Las Vegas-themed email blast reaching dispensary operators nationwide, driving registrations and demo bookings ahead of the show.
On the floor, the Sweed booth featured a full branded environment, custom step-and-repeat backdrops, experiential lighting, and a partnership with several local donut shops that created natural foot traffic and memorable brand moments. Branded photo activations gave attendees a reason to stop, engage, and share.
